The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. The Constitution originally consisted of seven Articles. The first three Articles embody the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches: the legislature, consisting of the bicameral Congress; the executive, consisting of the President; and the judiciary, consisting of the Supreme Court and other federal courts. The fourth and sixth Articles frame the doctrine of federalism, describing the relationship between State and State, and between the several States and the federal government. The fifth Article provides the procedure for amending the Constitution. The seventh Article provides the procedure for ratifying the Constitution.

Published on Nov 27, 2013
The Declaration of Independence is a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies, then at war with Great Britain, regarded themselves as independent states, and no longer a part of the British Empire. Instead they formed a union that would become a new nation—the United States of America. John Adams was a leader in pushing for independence, which was unanimously approved on July 2. A committee had already drafted the formal declaration, to be ready when Congress voted on independence.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, UCC LIEN, July 15, 2011

July 15, 2011, THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, UCC LIEN
On July 15, 2011, a UCC LIEN was filed on THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM for $14,300,000,000,000,000.00 (Quadrillion) to be paid for the 'Description of real estate:' of '[-As all real -men with hands and legs, and all real -land in the United States of America 14,000,000,000,000,000.- WITH TRUST IN GOD, this real-estate is with the - PUBLIC -]' so that means We The People are the collateral for which it is presumed that in 1933 the People became the credit for THE UNITED STATES, INC. bankruptcy. (So is this a 'Frivolous' document or what happened to the money?)

Magna Carta, June 15, 1215

June 15, 1215, Magna Carta
On June 15, 1215, in a field at Runnymede, King John affixed his seal to Magna Carta. Confronted by 40 rebellious barons, he consented to their demands in order to avert civil war. Just 10 weeks later, Pope Innocent III nullified the agreement, and England plunged into internal war.
"No freeman shall be taken, imprisoned, disseised, outlawed, banished, or in any way destroyed, nor will We proceed against or prosecute him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land."
"To no one will We sell, to no one will We deny or delay, right or justice."
